Wow. What do your parents think of this guy? Is he 16 as well? In either case, you need your parents to bless the wedding as the minimum legal age for getting married in the UK is 16 years old. In England and Wales the written consent of the parents or guardians is required for persons who have not reached 18 years old and have not been previously married (I don’t know about Scotland).
